TJ Stands for Tijuana by Natalia Ventura
A LibroMobile Publication - Zine
Natalia Ventura is an artist, activist, and student based in Southern California. Born and raised in the border city of Chula Vista with her three sisters, Mexican mother, and Cuban father, her identity and work are guided by duality, feminism, and love. Her commitment to social justice led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Peace Studies from Chapman University, where she has led diversity and inclusion efforts and flourished as an aesthetic activist. After graduation in 2021, she will be spending three months doing diversity and inclusion work at the Smithsonian Museum of American History in Washington, D.C. Afterwards, she hopes to travel, find her purpose in the artist-activist world, and eventually come back to where it all began: la frontera.
